At this time we are only shipping to the 50 US states.
What methods are available and how long will it take for my order to arrive?
Multiple book orders will ship via United Parcel Service (UPS).
Inspired Faith reserves the right to change shipping carriers without notice.
After your order is placed you will receive an email order confirmation. Please review and contact us if any changes need to be made. Changes cannot be made to an order once it has been processed in our warehouse.
When your order is processed for shipment in our warehouse, you will receive an email shipment notification with tracking information.
Ground orders are generally processed Monday - Friday within 1 - 3 days of the time the order is placed, with the exception of during the holiday seasons. All orders are subject to product availability.
Any UPS expedited order placed by 3:00 PM Monday - Friday CST will ship the same day. Please note any expedited order placed after 3:00 PM CST or on Saturday/Sunday will ship the following business day. USPS Express Mail orders placed by noon CST will ship the same day. Please note any USPS Express Mail order placed after noon will be processed on the following business day.
USPS Priority Mail is a ground method which usually delivers in 2 - 3 days but is not guaranteed. Orders will receive tracking information.USPS Express Mail is an expedited service with guaranteed delivery to most locations by the following day between noon and 3PM. Not all zip codes are serviced by Express Mail and some areas are 2 day delivery. Please contact Customer Care if you require an exact delivery date. Note that all Express Mail orders are processed by noon CST. Any Express Mail order placed after noon CST will be processed the following business day. Orders will receive tracking information.
UPS Ground delivers within 5 business days to most locations. Orders will receive tracking information.
UPS Next Day Early AM is guaranteed to arrive the next business day between 8 - 10 AM. Service may not be available in all areas including Alaska, Hawaii and US Territories. Orders will receive tracking information.
UPS Next Day Air is guaranteed to arrive the next business day between 10:30 AM and noon to most locations. Service may be limited in some locations including Alaska, Hawaii and US Territories. Orders will receive tracking information.
UPS Next Day Air Saver is guaranteed to deliver by the end of the next business day. Delivery to residential locations will be later than to business locations. Orders will receive tracking information.
UPS 2nd Day Air is guaranteed to deliver on the second business day to most locations. Service may be limited in some locations. Orders will receive tracking information.
UPS 3 Day Select is guaranteed to arrive by the end of the 3rd business day. Method is not available for Alaska, Hawaii or US Territories. Orders will receive tracking information.
UPS guarantees delivery as stated on expedited orders only. UPS and Inspired Faith do not guarantee delivery when delays are beyond UPS control due to adverse weather conditions, natural disasters or mechanical failure.
What are shipping(postage) and handling costs?
Shipping costs vary and are based on the shipping method you select, the weight of the order, the size of the order and zip code destination.
You can determine your shipping and handling costs before completing your order. Once the items are in the shopping cart, click on “determine shipping charges.”
